1. About ROI MAFIA
ROI MAFIA (“ROI MAFIA”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered marketing audit and growth-analytics tool. It analyses websites across SEO, AI visibility (GEO), competitors, conversion (CRO) and paid media (PPC), generates landing pages, and surfaces Google Search Console performance. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Not professional advice
ROI MAFIA provides automated analysis, scores and recommendations for your convenience only. Findings are generated in part by AI models and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Nothing in the service constitutes legal, financial, tax or professional marketing advice. Always review and validate recommendations before acting on them.
3. Authorised use of audited sites
You may only submit websites, competitor URLs and advertising data that you own or are otherwise authorised to analyse. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to audit any URL, upload any advertising export, or connect any account you provide to the service.
4. Connected accounts & data
You may connect Google Search Console using read-only authorisation, or upload advertising data (e.g. a Google Ads report) manually. We use these only to read performance data and display analysis to you. We never store your Google password, and we never modify your campaigns, properties or settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter or upload.
5. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data.
6. Usage limits
Free accounts include a limited number of audits and landing-page generations per month. We may apply fair-use limits and adjust plan features over time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt or attack the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROI MAFIA is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the analysis provided, or from interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in data sourced from third parties.
9. Communications & consent
By signing up you consent to be contacted by ROI MAFIA regarding your account and the service. If you opt in, you may also receive promotional offers and product updates; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
10. Changes & contact
